United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. Anqa Studios FZ-LLC controls this Site from the U.A.E. Anqa Studios FZ-LLC makes no representation that this Site is appropriate for use in other locations. If you use this Site from other locations you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. You may not use, export or re-export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including, but not limited to any U.A.E export laws and regulations.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

We accept payments online only in USD (or any other agreed currencies).

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

Terms of sale

Anqa Studios FZ-LLC accepts payment by Paypal, Stripe, American Express, Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in USD for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction.

Interpretation

These Terms & Conditions supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms & Conditions. A waiver or modification of these Terms & Conditions will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of Anqa Studios FZ-LLC. All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.

All prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be outlined on purchase invoices to all orders in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority guidelines.  

The images on our site are for the purpose of illustration only. We aim to showcase images of our pieces that are true to reality, however we cannot be held liable for any slight change in color or tone from viewing on any digital screen which may augment them.

Delivery & Shipping

Lead Time: 8-12 weeks. All pieces are made-to-order.

Shipping: All products will be shipped from the Netherlands. We are pleased to offer international shipping to any destination worldwide.

Additional shipping surcharge apply to this product and must be paid by the customer seperatly after purchase. Please contact us for an individual shipping fee offer.

Alternative our team will contact you directly after the purchase to find out the best shipping method and rate for you.

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your respective government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees.

Our concierge is standing by to assist you with bringing your order home or delivering it to loved ones anywhere around the globe.

We also offer pick up at our partners showroom in the Netherlands on request.

Anqa Studios will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been confirmed and the transaction has been processed, we cannot accept any cancellations of the order.

 Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on any products across our site. Each piece is bespoke, and made to order, meaning we have purchased the materials and our craftsmen have already been hard at work making your piece.

Therefore, please make sure you have checked all sizes and materials where needed, to ensure you are going to be 100% happy with your piece.

If a product or piece has one of more of the following issues, we will offer immediate resolutions on a case by case basis, and in a timely manner. We know what it’s like not to be satisfied.

- The wrong product was sent to you.

- The product is defective.

- The product has arrived to you damaged.

Please note that every piece is an individual, made even more unique by using recycled plastic. Differences in patterning like in the pictures may occur. Due to the nature of the material, the material may have holes and pores on the surface

 Each order that leaves our warehouse undergoes a complete inspection so that it arrives to you safely and happy. If you believe the product is defective or was damaged in shipping, photographs must be taken and shared with us immediately. If this is the case, you are within your rights to refuse the product.

Any agreed refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment, Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed in case of damaged product.
